USoft HTI is a Software Development Company headquartered in Lviv, Ukraine. The company has been operating on the international market since 2005. In 2012 USoft HTI established its development office in Krakow, Poland.
HTI stands for High Technologies International. Our mission is to use the world's most modern technologies for the maximum benefit of people.
In its current stage of development, USoft HTI is concentrating primarily on deepening our level of expertise and perfecting the level of service for our customers. We have chosen vertical growth vs. horizontal. We aim to make a significant contribution to the worldwide development of Information Technologies, creating high-quality, innovative, and progressive software. And, at the same time provide the highest level of satisfaction to our customers.

USoft HTI follows ISO 9001:2015 standards, assuring our ability to satisfy quality requirements and enhance customer satisfaction in supplier-customer relationships. We
obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification to demonstrate our commitment to quality, customers, and a willingness to improve efficiency.
USoft HTI widely uses Agile principles in our software development processes. USoft’s way
is based on the Agile approach and is oriented to distributed project development and remote management. Here are the fundamental principles of USoft’s approach:
Component architecture of the project (the components are implemented and tested beginning with the early stages of development/porting);
Transparency of development process;
Productive interaction with Customers;
Permanent audit of tasks and interventions;
Optimal resource planning and utilization;
Early risk identification and minimization;
Quality Assurance of all development stages;

Based on customer feedback and customer surveys, we analyze customer satisfaction KPIs:
CES. Customer Effort Score measures customer satisfaction based on customer effort.
CSAT. The Customer Satisfaction Score measures satisfaction at particular moment in the customer journey.
CLI. Customer Loyalty Index. Measures customers’ intentions for the future with ourcompany.
USoft HTI uses a simple and effective management system. There are three management
levels: top, operational, and production management. With the addition of quality management methodology, the system reminds one of matrix-style management.
